HELP REBUILD COLAB

Due to circumstances beyond our control, CoLab is looking for a new home. We have already moved into a temporary space, but we're still looking to secure a bigger, more permanent home. CoLab and SDCAP are currently exploring all of our options, but we need your help!

1. WHAT IS COLAB?

We’re a non-profit makerspace dedicated to building community through providing a place to learn, gather, create. We are 100% volunteer-run and offer classes at cost of materials so that we can provide education to anyone who wants it. Once students are trained, they can use our space & equipment at no cost.

2. WHAT HAPPENED?

We’ve had a great 8-year run at our current spot in Grantville, but we lost our lease. We're in the process of setting up a small, temporary space in Bankers Hill which should be a lot of fun! We also have our eyes on an amazing warehouse space at The District which we hope to secure by January.

3. HOW CAN I HELP?

So glad you asked!!

We’re currently looking for investors who want to fund our vision! Our monthly cost is going to be increasing significantly and we have big plans. We need financial assistance to secure our new place and grow our vision. Contact us if you would like to invest, or click here to make a donation.

We also are looking for volunteers to help us set up in Bankers Hill. Contact us if you want to help.
