HELP REBUILD COLAB

Due to circumstances beyond our control, CoLab is looking for a new home. We have already moved into a temporary space, but we're still looking to secure a bigger, more permanent home. CoLab and SDCAP are currently exploring all of our options, but we need your help!!

1. WHAT IS COLAB?

We’re a non-profit makerspace dedicated to building community through providing a place to learn, gather, create. We are 100% volunteer-run and offer classes at cost of materials so that we can provide education to anyone who wants it. Once students are trained, they can use our space & equipment at no cost.

2. WHAT HAPPENED?

We’ve had a great 8-year run at our current spot in Grantville, but we lost our lease. We're presently in a small, temporary space in Bankers Hill but it's insufficient for us to operate at full capacity. CoLab and SDCAP are actively looking for a new location to offer incredible tools and resources and continue to serve our community.

3. HOW CAN I HELP?

So glad you asked!!

If you are aware of available warehouse spaces between 4,000 - 6,000 square feet, please send that information our way.

We are also currently looking for investors who want to fund our vision! Our monthly cost is going to be increasing significantly and we have big plans. We need financial assistance to secure our new place and grow our vision. Contact us if you would like to invest, or click here to make a donation.

We also are looking for volunteers to help us at Bankers Hill. Contact us if you want to help.
