OPEN POSITIONS

Do-ocracy

CoLab follows the principles of a Do-ocracy and no one should ever utter the words “that’s not my job” when there are things to take care of that would benefit everyone at CoLab. The care and nurturing of CoLab is everyone’s responsibility but the hope here is provide an understanding of expectations as we look to grow for the future.

Staff are also beholden to CoLab’s Policy and Procedures as outlined in the CoLab Handbook as are all CoLabians. Just be a good human and do the right thing. That’s how we make this work.

CoLab is an entirely volunteer run organization. All posted positions are volunteer positions and as such we do not offer monetary compensation. We do it for the love of CoLab and for what it means in service to the arts community.
